I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate, warm, and refined, providing a typical accommodation experience. The service was excellent, with efficient and friendly staff that even helped us with parking passes. The location is convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the city center, although it is situated on top of a very steep hill. The dining experience offered a good variety, including vegetarian options.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfy and had all the necessary facilities like a kettle with tea, coffee, biscuits, and Pringles. However, a major refurbishment is needed. The service was excellent, especially during a snowstorm, and breakfast was hearty. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, but the property had some uneven floorboards. Dining options were good, and the facilities were decent.
